- Yes, we allow returns for domestic shipments within 3 days of the delivery date. There are no additional charges for returns. Please check our return policy for more details.
8. My order was cash on delivery. How will I get my refund back?
- COD orders are eligible for the following refund modes:
- Store credits in the form of a gift card voucher.
- Other modes: Payment link for account refund/UPI/Amazon Pay Wallet. A payment link will be sent to you for processing the refund after the pickup.
9. Can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped from our warehouse through the order summary table after logging into your account. We encourage you to try our outfit as we offer an easy return & replacement policy!
10. I have a Nanara gift card from my earlier purchase. How can I use it?
- Gift card details are shared with your registered email ID and text message. You can either scan the QR code or copy/paste the voucher code into the gift card box at checkout.
