For Return and Exchange requests, please drop us an email at ninara.india@gmail.com. An order is eligible for Return or Exchange only once. Exchanges are accepted in case of a size mismatch; the same product can be exchanged for a different size. If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a credit note worth the cost of the product, which can be redeemed on the website within 1 month.

Please note the following:

- We do not accept Returns unless the product arrives damaged.
- Products on sale are not eligible for returns.
- Dupattas, Sarees, and baby products are not eligible for returns.
- In case of any returns/exchanges, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer, and the return has to be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please read the product description carefully and choose your size aptly from the given size chart. All our garments come with 1 to 2 inches of margin inside for ease of alteration. Slight color variations are possible between the actual product and the digital images. We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and conduct a thorough quality check of our garments before dispatching them. If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect and you would like to return it, please contact us at ninara.india@gmail.com.

We do NOT provide any refunds. Refunds can only be provided in terms of Store Credit. The store credit will be shared via email in the form of a coupon code, which is valid for 1 month from the date of issue and can be redeemed on our website for your next purchase.
